No-Return & No-Refund Policy

Most Sidra pieces are handmade, personalised or produced specifically after a customer confirms the design. Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded for change of mind.

Please review names, dates, photographs, spelling, colours, measurements, delivery details and the final design approval carefully before confirming the order.

If an item arrives materially damaged, incorrect or significantly different from the approved specification, contact Support promptly with clear unboxing photographs or video. Sidra and the studio will review the evidence and determine an appropriate remedy under applicable law.

This policy does not remove any non-waivable consumer rights that apply under Indian law. Final wording should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel.
