Made-to-Order Return Policy

Most Sidra pieces are handmade, personalised or produced specifically after a customer confirms the design. Once production starts, change-of-mind cancellation or return is normally unavailable.

Please review names, dates, photographs, spelling, colours, measurements, delivery details and final design proof carefully before confirmation.

This restriction does not apply to a valid materially damaged, wrong, missing or non-delivered order claim. Those cases follow the Damage & Claims Policy and applicable law.

Buyer-caused failed delivery and approved cancellation costs are handled under the separate Cancellation & Refund Policy.
