Sidra is a curated marketplace connecting customers with independent resin studios. Product descriptions, customisation details, timelines and care requirements must be reviewed before ordering.

Customers must provide accurate names, dates, photographs, wording, colours, addresses and design approvals. Production begins only after the relevant design and payment stages are completed.

Handmade resin pieces may contain minor variations, bubbles, texture differences or colour movement. These characteristics are part of handmade production and are not automatically defects.

Users must not misuse accounts, impersonate another person, upload unlawful content, interfere with the platform or attempt unauthorised access.

Seller studios remain responsible for lawful products, accurate listings, safe materials, packaging, fulfilment and compliance with Sidra policies. Administration may suspend unsafe, misleading or non-compliant content.

These terms should be reviewed with qualified Indian legal counsel before final commercial launch.
