Privacy & KYC Policy

Sidra collects account, contact, order, delivery, support and seller-application information only to operate the marketplace, provide customer service, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.

Seller verification requirements are controlled by Sidra admin. Sidra stores masked identity metadata such as last four characters in Firestore; private supporting files are stored in a private Backblaze B2 location. Sellers must not enter full Aadhaar or PAN values into ordinary text fields.

Sidra shares only the minimum pickup and consignee information required for fulfilment with Delhivery. Payment credentials are handled by the selected payment provider; Sidra does not store full card details.

Customers and sellers may request correction of inaccurate personal data. Certain records may be retained for fraud prevention, accounting, disputes, delivery claims or law. Sidra does not sell personal information to advertisers.

Questions may be submitted through Support. Final commercial wording should be reviewed by qualified Indian counsel.
