Shipping Policy

Resin artwork is produced in stages. Design discussion and approval may require several days. Typical production and dispatch can take approximately 15–30 days depending on complexity, curing time, studio capacity and material availability.

Large furniture, wedding keepsakes and highly customised pieces may require a longer written timeline. The confirmed estimate will be shown in the order or custom-order conversation.

Delivery time begins after dispatch and varies by destination and courier service. Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and remain available for courier communication.

Inspect the package during unboxing and retain photographs or video if visible transit damage is found.
