Shipping Policy

Resin artwork is produced in stages. Typical production and dispatch can take approximately 15–30 days depending on complexity, curing time, Studio capacity and material availability. Large furniture or highly customised pieces may require a longer written timeline.

After the Studio marks an order ready, Sidra creates the Delhivery shipment, assigns an Air Waybill, provides the label and schedules pickup through Sidra's central courier account. The Studio prints and attaches the label, then hands the parcel to the pickup agent.

Buyer, Studio and Sidra admin can view courier milestones and verified scan locations. Sidra does not invent a live GPS position when coordinates are not provided. Delivery may use an OTP managed by Delhivery.

Customers must provide a complete address and remain available for courier calls and OTP. A Non-Delivery Report may trigger address correction or a delivery reattempt. If delivery fails for a buyer-caused reason, actual forward and Return to Origin costs may be recovered under the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
